Simply order your new bike online, we’ll build it, do a safety check on it and deliver it to your door.

Part of our delivery service will include a demonstration on usage of gears, seat height adjustment and general maintenance

How it Works

• Place your order online
• We will confirm your order
• We will build your bike (and package any accessories you may have ordered)
• After the above steps are complete, we will deliver the bike to you (please make sure you are home to receive your new bike)

Everything you Need to Know

• Our bike delivery team always follow covid safe practices
• All bikes will be built, and safety checked prior to hand over
• Part of delivery will include a demonstration on usage of gears, seat height adjustment and general maintenance
• All purchases will include a tax invoice with your delivery
• All parts and accessories included in the order will be delivered with the bike
• You need to be home to receive the order and we will need you to sign a document to say that we have delivered the bike
• Bikes are typically delivered with 3 - 7 working days
